Woolrich |
| Woolrich has come a long way since the early 1800’s, when founder John Rich sold yard goods and socks to logging camps from the back of a mule. In 1830 he built America’s first woolen mill in Pennsylvania - where his products quickly established a reputation for utility, function and exceptional protection from the elements. Over the intervening centuries, Woolrich has enhanced its woolens and other fabrics with new textures, dying techniques and washes - all designed to improve performance and durability for today’s demanding outdoor enthusiast. Today Woolrich is a household name in casual apparel, sporting traditions and accessories for the home. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was looking for a turtleneck with neck zipper and found these in the color I like (tan). They are well-made, thicker than expected, but ran a size too large. I usually wear medium and order the said size, but this MED would have been LARGE on other brands. It shrunk only slightly after washing in warm water. for the price I paid st STP (under $20) I'm keeping it as I can wear it underneath my sweaters and nobody can see it is too big.
