If you decide not to use your Return Express credit and would like a refund instead, you won't need to do anything. After 7 days, we'll credit your account for the full amount of the return. You'll still benefit from our low $5.75 ($7.75 for Alaska and Hawaii) return shipping rate.
Return Express is available for all orders placed through the website in the last 30 days and sent to an address in the United States.
If you used a third-party payment method such as PayPal or Google Checkout when you purchased your item from us, that order will not be available for our Return Express or phone exchange programs. Please return your item for a refund and then place a new order.
Return: Simply fill out the form on the back of your invoice.
Exchange: You can request an exchange by calling us at 1-800-713-4534 OR by filling out the form on the back of your invoice under exchange. You don't need to do both.

Shipping your return:
Please clean any garments and repack items in sturdy packaging.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Use the UPS label provided in your package to ship your return or print one during the return express process. To cover return shipping, a $5.75 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund ($7.75 for Alaska and Hawaii). There will be additional fees for oversize packages or packages originating outside the USA.
Drop the package off at any UPS drop-off location. Visit http://www.ups.com and select locations tab to find a location near you. If you need to use an alternate carrier for the return, use the return address label to the right and make sure that your package is prepaid and insured. COD packages will not be accepted.
