Fits as described, is weatherproof, solid, with good traction and support. Quite stiff actually. Of note, this is NOT a boot for mild weather or even moderately cool to chilly weather. This is a cold weather boot, especially if you're wearing any type of insulating sock! Just taking the boot outdoors in 45F (7C) weather was WAY too warm (my feet were burning up)! So if you live someplace where it doesn't get too chilly, this is not the boot for you. If you're going to be walking in snow - you can't beat this boot for the price!
